Black metal seems to be of of the most conservative of genres, but also one of the most innovative. Craft falls into the later. They approach their songwriting through the lens of lo fi black metal (ala Darkthrone/Burzum) but manage to retain a high production value that doesn't lessen the impact of the music with spit and polish. Born from the land of Bathory, but owes more to their Norwegian brethren, Craft make a compelling case for destroying all mankind and matter.
